Changing Routines 🔄

With the school holidays in full swing, we know that changes in routine can be hard to handle.


That’s why we’ve created new resources to help you understand why routines are important, especially for neurodiverse people, and how to build new ones that work for you.


Take your time, read through at your own pace, and then try our three templates to create a summer routine that helps you feel balanced and in control.


Most importantly, don’t forget to relax and enjoy yourself as much as you can, you’ve earned it!
